I wish I had checked on Hello Peter before placing an order for a ubba bubba wrap. I ordered and paid for the wrap on May 29, but to date have not heard a word back (besides an order confirmation after payment).
I have no tracking number, and calls to Michelle's number - 082-464-4103 - have gone unanswered. I have smsed and emailed on a number of occasions.
I got a sinking feeling when I started searching online and seeing this was a pattern. I have called a Kids Emporium in Fourways (listed as a supplier on the ubba bubba website) and was told Michelle had cleared her stock.
I called a woman listed as a stockist on the website and she said she hadn't heard from Michelle in six months or so.
What I would like to know is, what now? She is receiving payment from a number of customers without delivering the goods. What recourse do we have? When, if ever, will she be in touch?
Is there a place here to start looking at laying charges of or against Michelle? Some advice would be appreciated.
Alternatively, Michelle, all you have to do is post me the wrap that I have paid for.
