Soft Filters on Cigarettes

I bought a carton of Camel light cigarettes and was disappointed to find that almost all of the filters on the cigarettes were extremely soft and hence unpleasant to smoke. I bought the carton to take with on a holiday and the place we went to had no shops so i could not buy more and i was forced to smoke these unpleasant cigarettes. There is no customer care number on any of the boxes and i cannot find a number online. Is there no customer care for Camel Cigarettes? This is a poor reflection on the brand.
