Bad service - no reply!

I ordered bandsaw blades from them and the salesman assured me that it will not take more than a week for the blades to arrive, after more than a month i phoned them and they said they will look into the matter!

After re confirming the order it has been more than 2 weeks and still no reply from them!
The salesman that answered the phone was also quite rude to me!
