Bad after sale service

I bought 5 Jost Fan with Humidifier, to of the fan blades broke and i have been tryning to get new blades ordered.
Hi Fi gives me the no for Jost, Jost gives me the no for Master Care witch then gives me a nother no. I have now been trying to get these blades for a long time but no luck. I feel this is the resoncibility of HI Fi to order these parts as they sell the product.
