We needed to replace our ceiling fans in our home because we had a lot of water damage to our home after a hailstorm in April 2013. We went to Voltex, as they didn't had a big range on ceiling fans, we had to take one on the shelve and one on display. The salesman asked one of the guys in the shop to take down the fan on display and pack it for us, we paid full price on the display fan which was in perfect condition, but the guy who pack the fan never pack the blades with protection in between the blades, when we unpacked the fan and saw how it was scathed, we needed to install the fan, because we needed the light. Went to voltex and they said they will order a new fan and let us know when to came and pick it up. We went to Voltex numerous times and every time there is a excuse. We are waiting now almost seven months for the replacement.
