Prime property in glenhazel, tel number 0118875244 is the letting agent of the complex where i live. last year october i contacted them to fix my leaking roof. they did send people to fix the roof, but these people didnt finish the work, and just said they will come back. they never did. i have been contacting jacqui at prime propery since the beginning of the year, BEGGING her to send somebody to finish off the work. a month ago i mailed her and told her that i will get somebody to finish off the work and just deduct it from my levy. within a week, she send a contractor to come and have a look. NOTHING HAPPENED AFTER THAT. the contractor promised me that he will let me know when he will come and do the work. I AM STILL WAITING. 2 days ago i mailed jacqui again, and told her that i WILL get somebody to do the work, and just deduct it from my levy the end of the month. she didnt even bother to answer my mail. their service is pathetic. as a letting agent, they are NOT doing their job. i will therefor get somebody to do the job, and just deduct it from my levy.
