On the 8/02/2013 I posted a Parcel to my daughter in Australia via shipping. Till date she did not received the parcel. Going to the post ofiice where I send it from they told me to phone 011 961 6000 and get the new tracking number because the parcel already left South Africa. When I track the parcel with my old tracking number CN003 077 383 ZN it just said that on the 11/02/2013 at 12:41 "insert item into bag out". I try to phone 011 961 6000 but spend over R120 and did not get through. They told me to hold on and after holding for 10 minutes I been gut off. Then I have to phone again to be gut off after 10 minutes holding. I lock into [URL Removed] and send them an enquiry. Till now I did not get any response
