Good afternoon
Last year I ordered a book in the US, this book was sent twice by the publishers. On the 11 June 2013 we received the 1st notification to collect the book from the Pretoria Post Office. A gentleman by the name of Chris Brits tried his best to help with my books. He was professional and provided feedback, he informed me that he managed to track 1 and that it was received in March and was sent back to sender in April. I have been communicating with the sender and she has not received the books back. The notification was stamped 12 March 2013 but only received on the 11 June 2013. The tracking number is ii276847539za (this is for the one sent back by Pretoria branch) GM05113586000756559 (this is of the one that is somewhere between the US and South Africa). I will not be reimbursed because the supplier does not have the books with them. May you urgently investigate what may have happened and return back to me.
