I have a complaint regarding the post office. A parcel with tracking number Pa286612507 was send to me from Potchefstroom. Their promise was that it will be at the Groblersdal post office on Tuesday, the 14th of May 2013. When I phoned on Tuesday, they told me the parcel is in Pretoria and will be in Groblersdal on Thursday.
Today is Thursday. I phoned again this morning and they claim that the parcel is still on it's way from Pretoria to Johannesburg.
Somehow I get the idea someone is lying about the parcel. It is sad that the South African Post Office' service is in this state and to make matters worse they make promises they don't intend to keep.
It seems they should simply just close their doors as they can't provide a service anymore.
