I Logged complain concerning my husband account which i was handover but fully paid 2008 and now we need to use the account we cant as is logged and Adele Olivier advise me to go to store which i did, I was assisted by Lady credit Manager by name of Agnes which was helpfull she put me through to Adele Oliver which she could not assist me as she was the one that refer me to the store and now she started being rude to me as she was saying she cant help me with anything.your customer servise is very poor if i have to rate you Adele ill give you 0%as your at the Headoffice and you dont know the procedure on how does it work im not happy at all with the customer servise i got today thanks for nothing Adele
