I am highly annoyed with the disgusting service I have received from both GHD as well as Skynet.
I called at the beginning of the week I told a lady my problem she said she will send a courier the very next day, which of course did not happen. 2 days later I called back and as expected, nothing was logged. Candice then arranged for the GHD to be picked up, and they collected the next day. I spoke to Lungi she said that it can take up to 10 working days. My domestic called to say someone was their with a GHD but that she couldn't sign for it. She said they would call me and deliver it to where I am. This of course didn't happen - seems like your employees often over promise and under deliver and then they get paid to do so! I once again spoke to Lungi, she argued with me, raised her voice, interrupted every sentence! Everything you not supposed to do - Customer Service 101! I suggest you pull the call, I want you to in fact. At this point neither GHD nor Skynet knows where my GHD is at. I am appalled by the service I recieved from an International brand!
