My electricity was switched off on Monday without any notice. I called to report it but I spend that evening in the dark. On the cold Tuesday morning I had to bath with cold water. I phoned them again and they insisted that I was not disconnected but she will send someone to attend to the problem. The electricity was still off that evening. Again on Wednesday I was faced with the ordeal of bathing with cold water. I called them and was told they will send someone. I went home to see if the electricity was working, it was still off. I called again yesterday in the afternoon, and they started by telling me to get registered without asking or checking my name on the system. When I reacted to that I was told to calm down despite all that. I offered my reference number for them to be polite. Without an apology for such assumptions, she then went on to say they will send someone immediately. I was in the dark for 3 nights and have been bathing with cold water. Imagine going through all this for services that you paid for.
