My mother went to the Jabulani mall branch to have a parcel couriered to the Eastern Cape and paid for overnight delivery... Yesterday evening I got communication that the parcel had still not arrived and when tracking it on your website it was still at Jabulani mall. My daughter's christening clothes were in there and she needed them on Sunday and they had not arrived. I really dont understand what the point for paying extra was!!! Can i please have my money back and I want my parcel delivered!!! This is just pure incompetence, clearly Speed Services does not have a sense of urgency...
