In february l bought a laptop from founechoice, l got it via courier but l wasnt happy with the product l phoned them and they sent a courier to fetch it back, 2 days later they phoned me acknowleging the receipt of laptop. The debit order of R338.00 went through on the 15 february, l phoned they they promised to canceal, again in march and april. I went to my bank to canceal debit order, and they refund me the instalment for april. Now l get calls saying l owe them R667.00 and l fail to understand bcoz they are the ones who me this amount. Everytime l phone they tell me its pending, and l will get my money after 2 working days... since february until today...
