Refuse to pay my money in the account

I bought a ipad in november upon switching banks as well, they charged me a courier fee of r150.00, in february, i phoned to complain as to why they will only take their money in february, they logged it as a complaint and said they will get back to me. To date nothing has happened, then i noticed that on the 15 th april 2013 they took courier fees again and they cant tell me what that courier fees is for. This is the second time they doing this and cannot answer me.pathetic service.

A manager phoned me and said he will email me and pay my money back, but to date my money is still not in the account, but when they took it they took it immediately but now to give my money back they are taking their time
