I purchased a Educational Kids laptop on the 15th of March. The terms and conditions said delivery 10 working days. A month later I started phoning and asked where my laptop is. Every time I phoned the consultant will say "I will find out from dispatch and get back to you" 10 phone calls later and a email STILL NO REPONCE. When I phoned this morning the lady asked me if shy can refund me. I DONT PURCHASE STUFF TO GET A REFUND 3MONTHS LATER. Your after sales service is shocking to say the least. Everytime a consultant promised me a phone call back and everytime I had to phone... just to hear the same story again, When I phoned this morning I phoned to speak to the manager, she wasn't in the office, ...again. Really? I will NEVER buy from Wicount again!!!
