I phoned MPACT on Mon 20 May to come collect our full paper bank at our church. I spoke to Mpumi who provided me with reference number MK651 and said that it would be done on Wed 22 May. I went on holiday Fri 24 May and asked our secretary to follow up on this matter in my absence as by Thurs 23 May it had still not been collected. She said that she phoned and it would be collected on Friday 24 May. I returned from holiday this Fri 31 May to find that after 2 weeks the full paper bank has still not been collected. This service is unacceptable and is impacting our recycling collections at church, causing a mess there as well as deterring people from using the facility. I fear that if this happens again (this is the 2nd time now that non / late collections have occurred with the paper bank which we only started using from April 2013 I believe) that we will have to stop using the paper bank service all together.
Please can someone from MPACT phone me urgently to explain what the problems with collections are and to guarantee that this does not happen again. (Supplier name corrected by Hellopeter.com)
