I bought facial products combo on Tuesday 15th of January from Makeover Essential and I was told it would help me to clear my troubled skin..I discovered that one of the skin product has expired. I called the agent Chantal and her manager Katherine to let them know about their defective product. I ended up leaving number of messages on their cellphones, there was no follow up nor any response from the company. Both of these ladies promised to come back to me but in vain. I kept on calling them and my colleagues assisted in doing so..Today 18/01/13 I received a call around 12 noon at my work desk and I was asked what are my contact details and that Chantal will contact me soon, still there was no contact from their side. I told the lady that I don't appreciate the way they treat their clients, therefore I'd like a refund and they can take their products back as they have broken seller-buyer relationship. Moreover, I saw similar products in the Chilli Lane Mall at R350 whereas I bought mine at R800 which we were told that we get freebies of their make up..Please help me to recover my money
