Poor quality workmanship and service

I paid for a lounge suite on the 27 April 2013 at the Malibongwe branch and was told that i would receive the suit in 4 days. On delivery 1 May, I received a lounge suite of poor workmanship and not to my specifications. I went in the next day and spoke to the salesmen and owner. The owner informed me that someone would come in during the weekend or the following Monday or Tuesday. I received no call so i called and was told that someone would come. I went in on 19 May and asked for a refund. Kuben Govender came to see the suite the next day and i was informed he would get back to me. I went in to meet Dan and took the consumer protection act that my lawyer sent to me. Dan got very angry and refused a refund and asked me to leave his store while raising his hand coming towards me. I left the store absolutely shocked and informed him I'm going to the police station. I received a call about 10 minutes later from him saying he is very sorry and feels guilty so he will refund my money. I did go to the police station and laid a complaint. 25 May the suite was picked up and was informed i would receive refund on 27 May. Still haven't heard from Dan and I'm doubtful I would get a refund.
