My father booked in our washing machine to be repaired on 28 February. We recieved the machine back, with another/new problem so we had to send it back to be repaired again. Since then we have phoned them a few times and they would tell us that they will get back to us with an answer on what is wrong and also when we will receive the machine back. It is now almost the end of May and we have STILL not yet receive a phone call from them or any news on the machine.
This is very bad service and I will be sure to go somewhere else next time!
