We booked in a tumble drier for repairs. We have the paperwork and apparently a new owner took over the existing shop with all the machines in them. The machine disappeared and they are not taking responsibility. I phoned Adriaan the franchisor who said that they did not accept responsibility and he had a very bad attitude towards us. When I phoned ABY he also had a attitude and started threatening me.
Please watch out they collect your machine and then it disappears from them.
They are a dishonest company who does not care about their customers
