I booked accommodation at [URL Removed] (contact details: Jocelyn Vivier, Cell: 0824121134) in March 2013 for the period 07 to 14 June 2013 and received a booking confirmation for the accommodation. Today 20 May 2013 less than three weeks before my holiday period I received a mail stating that they cannot accommodate me any longer due to renovations and that they will refund me. This is within school holiday period thus it will not be easy for me to find alternative accommodation.
I am not interested in a refund if they cannot accommodate me I expect them to find me alternative accommodation that meet or exceed the quality of their accommodation at the same cost.
Am I the one that is unreasonable to expect this, I dont thik so.
