We searched online for upmarket accommodation in Lanseria and found Lethabo Estate advertising four star accommodation with pictures that absolutely did not match the actual accommodation. We dealt with Lisa and booked a chalet and Lisa insisted on a 100% deposit payable upfront with a 100% cancellation charge. There were 4 of us, being 2 couples, that were to share the 2 bedroom chalet. When we arrived, 2 of us were so appalled by the accommodation, that we left and found alternative accommodation. With the benefit of hindsight, I realise that Lisa insisted on a 100% deposit, because, she obviously realises that once you've seen the standard of accommodation, you most likely will leave and then they've only got the deposit to hold. The couple that stayed at in the chalet, had several complaints, including the fact that the shower never worked and there were all sorts of other issues. How on earth can they advertise 4 star accommodation, when what they supplied to us was quite clearly, more like 2 star accommodation.
