Firstly, thanks for all the hard work you people are doing. I really appreciate every bit of it, I receive all my study material from your services and I really appreciate it a lot.
Secondly, my complaint is very simple but I feel I was treated wrongly by the staff from the Post Office Bendor Branch in Polokwane. The situation started on Sunday (19 May 2013) at 11:20 am, I went in to find out about open PO BOX and which I am very grateful about is that the branch was open. I got told that there are 14 open PO BOX in the Bendor area, took a form and said I will return the next day. I went today (20 May 2013) at 15:30 pm to get told they are all out.
I understand that there are a lot of people that want to open a PO BOX but I don't want to be too. Therefore, I would like it if we can find a solution together to fix this problem.
