Dishwasher just tested not repaired parts missing

I eventually had to send my LG dishwasher in to Van Biljoens in Gezina to be repaired, which they never did, they only tested it and when it was returned a cover was missing, to date they have not replaced or returned it. Last night it started giving an OE error and when we called this morning, the staff were very rude. Not good!!
