I had a water cooler sent it for repairs in DEC 2012 and only received it i few days back, with the cover chipped and body broken. they never give you feedback and the water tank was laying so loose if i had to put water in it trust me it would have spilled all over the place. It is also as dirty as ever. The spare part department is amazing but the repairs side is really giving the company the worst name ever. i am thinking of suing them for their damages and am tired of such people getting away with such services and breaking your appliances
