I resigned from my previous employer and potion of my pension fund was transferred to my current provident fund in 2009, the potion was taxed but the IRP5 to that effect was never issued. SARS has charged me for that effected tax due to none submission of the said IRP5, the SARS charges has gained interest and now I am faced with a big bill. During the whole period I have been communicating with Tanja Visser from ZBA (Zurk Botha Associates), the last feedback was that the requested document is on the old platform as they changed their system (in June 2013). The pension was under Sanlam Maltikor with ZBA as administrators. I need the IRP5 in order to clear the money owed to SARS.ZBA: 012 991 3830
