Eureka Health & Beauty had a special on IPL treatments. Seeing that my daughter has her whole life ahead of her I decided to close my eyes and pay R6000.00 to have her hair on her legs removed.
I was told by the owner elmarie that this works very well!
Of course after the 3rd session, there were no difference in her hair growth. I spoke to elmarie about this, where after she looked for excuses and said my daughter has a hormonal imbalance which she can treat with drops I had to buy! Still after 6 session the hair growth remained the same!
I always waxed my daughter legs, but with the 1st treatment elmarie said she should shave, as this works better. Now after this 6 treatments that didn't' work, she sits with stubborn dark hair!
I called the salon to request more sessions at no cost, seeing that it did not work and elmarie's reply to me was, that I am over sensitive and need to go and look at my inner self to see why I am upset.
Really? how do people like this have a business?
