I never have problems with Dischem and I just love shopping there, the staff are excellent and they are always friendly no matter what, It took a lot for me to write this, because Im at dischem almost every day, I had a hair appointment at Dischem Beauty salon on the 26th of Feb at 16:00, the staff are great and even the haidressers personality was awesome, but the hairstyle I left with was not satifying, I was very disapointed as my hair was orange, the gentleman said I can come back the next day to fix it, and he wil try to get it lighter, but I never returned. I just felt paying 280.00 for my hair was not the price worth it. I bought a box colour yesterday and darkened my hair again but because of the bleach the orange blond still shows and therefore need another box and today I need to go buy treatments for my hair, because I couldn't go to work looking like that I had to take a days leave. Each foil cost 30 rand and 6 was used in my hair, i just expected more and are very disapointed, Dichem never fails. I t's not about the money but the quality ..thats important.
