I am considering instituting a claim vs Shalin Salon for false advertising and using an inferior product.
I once again remind you (Feb 2013): I would like to be refunded the R1199 that I wasted by purchasing IPL treatments (instead of laser as was advertised) for hair removal that was given via a home use Espil machine (and not a salon quality machine as expected). FALSE ADVERTISING!
I do have photo's of this machine which were taken at thesalon and also a copy of the original advertisement they placed. Should we go to court, I will also be claiming for petrol/time/inconvenience etc.
