I booked an appointment for a lip and brow wax as well as a gelish on my toe nails. While I was waiting for the lady who was going to do my nails to finish with the previous client, I noticed an advert on the wall saying that they had a special for any 3 treatments for R500. I was having 2 of the treatments advertised and was not offered the third on booking which would have been nice.
Despite this I realize that it is the Silly season and the salon was very busy, but I did not expect to be treated with such indifference. The salon was a chaotic mess!! The lady doing my toes was having conversations with her colleagues and not once did she even acknowledge me or even talk to me. It was the most uncomfortable treatment I have ever had anywhere, and I will definitely not be returning ever again. To top it all their credit card machine was not working and I had to go and withdraw money to pay my bill. When I retuned to the salon to pay my money was just taken from me without even a thank you!
Your salon will never see a cent of my money again, although the lady that did my wax was pleasant and could have possibly had my repeat business, but the rest of the experience was shocking
