In December last year I bought a voucher for services at Nomsa"s Beauty Salon. Particularly to get a Mizani treatment which was advertised on Groupon's website
On Friday, January 25th I confirmed an appoint with Nomsa for Saturday, the 26th at 11am.
When I arrived at her Salon she wasn't there. Her staff knew nothing about the appointment. She called Nomsa who said that the Mizani treatment was not available and that I should return on February 5th I refused to do this. It took me an hour that morning to get to the Salon.
Evidently, it is a second rate salon guilty of false advertising.
I want a refund!
