I ordered a mixing bowl for my Russell Hobbs food pocessor part RHFP62-55 through Lategan & Van Biljoens Appliances & Spares. This was done and paid on the 25th of October 2013. Today 14 May 2013 still no part. According to Lategan & Van Biljoens Russell Hobbs has either a stock take or the part has not been delivered yet. It has been nearly six months and stil no part.
