I log a call yesterday reporting that we don't have electricity and we have a funeral to prepare for. I was told that they will attend our call within four hours to six hours.
They did not come, call them today to follow up with our call all they can say is that there was high volumes of calls. I ask for time line they said they don't have time time line.
I'm not happy with the service and lack of urgency from Eskom. They don't care about their customers and the needs.
