Please take note that i was promised feedback on Thursday 9 May 2013 about my international parcel being at the international mail centre. The SAPO staff do not answer calls or e-mails and do not care about consumers. I received nothing on Thursday not even a e-mail informing me of a possible extension.
Question is: Is this complete disregard for consumers or just apathy due to no accountability for actions taken or in this case not taken.
I even had to escalate thsi to ICASA and guess what not even that motivated these people at SAPO to do their duties.
I am sick on SAPO not doing their duty and thus indirectly covering up crime and thus helping criminals not to be put in the spotlight.
