I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO PLEASE CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP ON THE 22 APRIL 2013 THEY TOLD ME ALL I HAD TO DO WAS EMAIL AND IT WILL BE CANCELLED I CALLED LAST WEEK TO FOLLOW UP AND THEY SAID I MUST PAY 600 NO ONE TOLD ME ABOUT THIS SO I SPOKE TO 5 DIFFERENT PEOPLE 1. SEND AN EMAIL 2. MUST PAY 600 CANCELLATION FEE 3. I MUST WAIT FOR A CALL.4 THEY SHORT STAFFED AND CANT HELP ME NOW 5. I MUST WAIT 20 DAYS FOR SOMEONE TO CALL ME AND TELL ME THE WHOLE PROCEDURE OF CANCELLATION... IM SO OFF THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE THEY CALLED 100000 TIMES TO ASK ME TO JOIN NOW THEY CANT EVEN PHONE ONCE TO HELP ME!!!
