For our wedding we contacted The Bridal Place.
Needless to say what a disaster!
My complaint:
1. The Dress
I was meant to receive my dress a week prior to the wedding, I received it on the Thursday evening before our wedding the Saturday. The alterations I requested were not done as promised. The alterations done were done so poorly I could've done it myself.
2. The Flowers
On the day of the wedding Marius phoned to say that he will be late with the wedding flowers but he was not late he never pitched. There we were at the venue with no flowers. After a big fight our groomsmen had to collect the flowers. My hand bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets arrived at the venue only half an hour before the ceremony because they were only ready then - nothing like I wanted and nothing like the pictures given to Marius. To top it all off most of the flowers were wilted.
3. Unprofessionalism
What did Marius have to say? He's going to sue the venue, he cannot handle the pressure anymore. Sue the venue for what reason? He offered a service we paid for yet he didn't even stick to the basic agreement.
My advice: Never ever make use of the Bridal place!
