On 6 April a parcell was sent from Pietermaritzburg to Hartenbos, still nothing is received, online it shows in transit since the 6th and after numerous calls from abroad just no response no assistance except for cutting me off several times, the post office in Hartenbos can't seem to track it either. The website's customer service is not active.
I find this unacceptable to just let one's belongings get lost or taken, the moment the money is paid it is a committed contract to deliver such.
I will never use the post office again and urge everyone to boikot such due to ignorant response and no service.
