Did not deliver on my wedding day

Time keeping is a problem for this company and you do not get what you paid for - plus you have to pay up front. Arrangements were made for Sue Byrne & her team to be at my wedding venue at 11.30am to set up the table and hang fairy lights. I left my wedding venue to go home and get ready after 12pm and they still hadn't arrived. I had paid for curtain fairy lights to be hung from the pergola and string fairy lights were to be wrapped around 4 pillars.
Sue & her team arrived very late which meant they were still hanging up lights when the guests started to arrive. No curtain fairy lights were hung up. I had string lights draped from one pillar to the next and it looked shocking. I paid a lot of money for lighting and they didn't deliver! To make matters worse Sue phoned me to find out if she could leave my bridal bouquet and bridesmaids flowers in the fridge at the venue and collect on arrival (before I walk down the aisle I must run inside and collect my flowers) - she had no choice but to deliver my flowers.
