I am disgusted let alone heartbroken by the service of Panday's in Chatsworth. It's reaching almost a year and a half since Panday's have failed to produce my wedding video that was paid for. i have not received feedback from the owner Yash, who seems to be clueless on how to run and manage the studio along with his crew of useless employees. I have hired a lawyer to handle my case and plan on taking them to court.
The sad part about this issue is the failure for them to acknowledge that they are part of a persons big day and a memory how do you replace losing a video? Refunding won't help to relive your most important day.
I strongly advise the public to hire any other photography studio besides Panday's, they have no feeling of empathy, they possess no professionalism and they don't care.
