We hired Lionel to photograph our Wedding on the 27 April 2012. As per his contract he insisted on payment in full before the date of the wedding. We paid a total of R18500.00, in hope that we would receive top quality photos and video in a timeous manner. To date (11 Feb 2013), 9 months later we have still not received what we paid for. Lionel is a mster of excuses and has only sent us a slideshow, no hard copies of any photo's or any video. He also came late for the function and left early. After numerous calls and emails he still refuses to treat our case as urgent and has failed to deliver our material, which according to his contract should of been delivered after 3 to 4 weeks after the date of the wedding. We are disgusted with Lionel Peters and implore all those in Pietermaritzburg and the surrounding areas to boycott his services as we dont want anybody to experience this frustration, especially since photo's capture the special memories of special days. We are currently in a legal battle with Lionel but he even refuses to give us his address etc. This experience has ruined the excitement of our wedding and we will never use or recommed his services to anybody.
