DO NOT EVER USE media studio!!!
In November 2011 we contracted media studio for the services of photography of our wedding. We met with the two owners of the company to discuss the details of the package that we had purchased and we were shown some previous work they had done. All looked in good order and the full price of the agreement was paid to media studio as requested before the wedding.
The big day came and went, and so did the three months it took to 'edit' and print the 200 photos.
In October 2012, I started chacing things up more intensely from mu side asking for the rest of the package still owed to me. I was told that the reason that it took so long was because I hadn't, until now reminded them of what was still outstanding.
So they printed the coffee table book just before the end of novemebr 2012... with the wrong date on it...
It is now the 21 of Jan 2013, and after many unanswered telephone called, no responses to text messages, I finally got in contact with the one of the owners Zelda, who could at best tell me that they are working on it...
