I paid to have videography done on my wedding in April 2012. To date I have not received a decent copy of the wedding video. The video given to me did not play continuously and Jay (owner) promised to resolve the problem. All I got were empty promises and. I have been to the premises in Gateway on numerous occasions only to be told a new excuses. I have acquired the services of a lawyer who is helping me resolve the issue.
