Its 11 months since my wedding and I have not gotten my photo album. After numerous phone calls, emails, lawyers threats we have not gotten any feedback. Besides the fact that we have not received our stuff as per our contract the owner completely dodges all our attempts to contact him. On the rare occassion that he does respond, he is short staffed or he is ill. We dont have a wedding album and we cannot contact anyone who has answers for us from Pandays so where does that leave us???
The saddest part of it all is that you have to keep on begging and imploring Pandays to give you something that you paid for and is of no value to them. The whole interaction/communication with Pandays is just extremely disappointing. What did we do to desreve such pathetic service???
So as it stands we have nothing to show for our wedding and our chosen service provider, for the most memorable day of our life is unreachable, what a bargain we received when we chose Pandays Studio for our wedding...
