I would like to complain about the poor service, or should i say the service that i didnt receive. I went to Kodak Centurion mall on Sunday the 28th April, i gave the picture i wanted to be printed and chose the sizes, color, etc, good, then the guy said it will be finished at 4pm the same day, i said great and left, 4 pm came, i went back and his excuse for not being done is that he doesnt have staples for the staplegun to fasten the picture to the block mount, i already paid almost R2000 for the service that was promised, i said fine, tomorrow then, went back AGAIN on Monday, new excuse, not done, other stuff was sent somewhere, didnt really hear what he said, so now im more angry, firstly he didnt contact me to tell me hes still busy on Sunday or Monday, wasted time and petrol, so i left it, its Friday, phoned 3 times before anyone finally answered the phone, then i spoke to another guy, beacause he said the guy that was handling my stuff was busy, i asked him if he knows how far is my stuff from being finished, he said: its standing here, ready for collection. So my question is? Why didnt they phone me when my stuff was done?! Going to see if its done tomorrow 4th May
