Poor service and bad telephone manners

I purchased a wall unit and dinette chairs in DEC 2013 and was told it will be delivered within 7 days which never happened. Then they delivered on 31st of Dec 13 late and they were in a hurry that they never opened the stuff. when we open the wall unit had scratches and the back covered with two different boxes, the one chair is no properly stitched, my sister went and report that they said they will come check which they didnt but busy calling asking the same question "is your stuff ok? " which they know its not. i called the branch Emmah put the phone down on my ears, i called again Evy didnt want me to speak to me or give me the customer service line and said i am disrespecting her.
