I was in hospital for a medical emergency, i paid the consoltation fee cash and a few other stuff. After i spoke to Oneplan and send them all the documentation that they need to pay the bill of the hospital and refund the money i paid cash, they told me that everything is fine and the bill will be paid and my money will be refunded to me. 2 Weeks later i receive a message that says it is declined and also a email that said they need more info. I spoke to 3 different people and they said they will phone me back, THEY DIDNT, i phoned them back again and they said it is declined. They said that they cant find any Autherisation for my case. So the guy who helped me didnt do him job, i have his name. Im a single mother of 2 and i have to worry about Oneplan paying the thing they have to pay and said they will pay just to find out they didnt do what they told me they will. I am so tired of phoning and dont get the help that i need. This is pathetic!!!
