After discovering a leak though the ceiling boards in my study, I decided to retain the services of Advanced Waterproofing to diagnose and repair this main leak and conduct preventative waterproofing on other sections of roof.
After an initial roof inspection by Brandon and signing of the contract, work began as agreed on the 19th of February 2013. After several attempts to repair the original leak over the study involving Murray and Mark, I feel I have been abandoned as a lost cause.
For the last 3 weeks I have been contacting Mark and Murray to get the work completed. After making arrangements to meet Mark at my house or for him to go there on one of two days a week that my domestic worker is there, he has not turned up at the arranged time with no communication as to why.
The last missed appointment was yesterday the 2nd of May 2013 over 2 months since the initial work began. I have tried to phone both Mark and Murray today with no joy or returning of calls.
In my opinion, the inability to complete the job I initially approached them for within a reasonable time indicates poor service and I would advise potential customers to think twice before engaging with this company.
