Late last year I required a Specialist Roof Repair Company to attend to a water leak that I could not locate. Due to Xmas holidays the work /repairs was only attended to in Mid January this year. After repairs a downpour happened & the roof still leaked. It took a few messages to get the Company to come out and again attend to this problem that they gave a year guarantee and assurances of the repair being effected. More rain followed in March and again the leak persisted. After much chasing and leaving of unanswered messages I managed to speak with Shane who promised, his words' to come and attend to the leak. After the unfulfilled promise to attend to the leak and with winter upon us I had little alternative but to seek an alternative Company, who in their professional opinion' openly criticised R&R's standard of attempted work, and who then had to remove the incorrect materials used, traced the leak and repaired the roof. Shane Roberts should not be trusted as he does not stand by his word, nor is he a capable roof repair expert that he professes to be.
