Incomplete work, refusing to take calls

"Completed" a job replacing and waterproofing part of our roof. They were paid 60% of job as deposit and paid remainder as soon as the work was completed. About a week later I contacted Randal (via email and follow-up via phone) to arrange for him to come and and finish the waterproofing as the roof was still leaking. A week later and I'm struggling to get hold of him. He refuses to return calls and now has resorted to blocking my calls direct to voice mail. Very professional indeed. So much for their "quality workmanship guaranteed".
